The work, on the record.
Every Arqentek engagement produces a governed record — the decisions, the alternatives weighed, the standards enforced and the evidence kept. Our case studies are drawn from those records, not reconstructed for marketing.
How an engagement is recorded
From the first week, the record grows alongside the work: a decision log for the choices that matter, architecture decision records for the structures they shape, a risk register kept honestly, and validation records that show the delivered system matches what was decided. Superseded decisions stay visible, struck through, with the reasoning that replaced them.

Why ours read differently
A case study drawn from a real record can show what marketing rewrites cannot: the option that was rejected and why, the risk that was accepted with open eyes, the estimate that moved and what was done about it. That is what makes an engagement worth studying — and what makes the study worth trusting.

Reading the records
Client work is confidential by default, so our engagement records are shared as anonymised studies, under NDA, with prospective clients who need to judge how we work. Published studies will appear here as clients agree to them — on their timetable, not ours.
We would rather show you one true record than ten polished stories.
It begins with a conversation.
Ask to see how we record an engagement — we will walk you through a real, anonymised record and let the discipline speak for itself.
